August 2024 tre Ministries Update

Welcome to August! In the whirlwind of summer, we pray for greater awareness of God’s goodness in your life, and that His beauty would leave you in continued awe and wonder, whatever you are going through! As a team, we are in full preparing and planning mode as the Fall quickly approaches! Check out some of the latest updates we have for you below!

DOUBLE YOUR IMPACT!

We have exciting news for you! tre Ministries is honored to have been awarded the Kingdom Capital Grant! In being awarded this grant, we have the opportunity to match up to $50,000 to reach a $100,000 goal, and we would love to invite you to be a part of it! That is amazing news of multiplication - dollar for dollar, whatever you feel called to give will be doubled in its impact to young adults!

All donations through August 31st will be doubled and will go toward a new initiative: tre Living and the Christian Leadership Program! As a part of our next big step, we are currently researching and developing a Christian Leadership Program that will integrate business, city, and faith leaders with young adults who are investing in their leadership for generational impact. The tre Christian Leadership Program will be a community-driven initiative that is a strategic move to creating Kingdom impact in Sioux Falls and beyond. By addressing both the practical and developmental needs of young adults in a life-stage of great vulnerability and unknowns, we can foster belonging, purpose, and hope to individuals and communities. YOUNG ADULT GROUP PANELS

We are continuing with our young adult group panels throughout the summer!

• August 14th: More to the Story, How to Study the Word w/ Austin Arends, Josh Hayden, and Haley Wiggers

• August 21st: More to the Story, Influence of Social Media w/ Madison Miller, Anab Nuur, and Ashtyn Gniffke

FALL KICKOFF IS COMING!

We are excited to gather together on Friday September 6th at 6:00p to kickoff our Fall Programming! This year, Friday will launch a whole week full of events to give you a glimpse into each program this year! You won’t want to miss it. Mark it on your calendar, and share with a friend!

Lord, You are gracious and kind; slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love. Help our hearts draw near to you and allow our eyes to see glimpses of your goodness in every area of life. You are trustworthy and so, so faithful. Help us to love mercy, seek justice, and walk humbly with you this day, this week, this month. We love you.
