tre Advocate Program

tre Advocacy is a leadership and volunteer program designed for young adults who are passionate about loving people, serving one another, and who have a desire to grow as a leader and follower of Jesus. As a tre Advocate, you will have the opportunity to play an integral role at tre and contribute your time, talents, and passion to our day to day programming and activities.

Being a tre Advocate, you will be expected to be a leader who helps show people that they belong, they have purpose, and there is hope.

About the Advocate Program

Are you the right fit? Advocate expectations:

  • Be a follower of Jesus

  • Between the ages of 18-30

  • 6-month commitment, serving at a minimum of 2 programs each month

  • Understand and be passionate about tre’s mission to help young adults become connected to community and grow in their faith.

  • Be an active part of our community, inviting friends and young adults to tre events and programs.

  • Represent the mission of tre well and exude our core values as a ministry.

  • Cultivate meaningful relationships, deepen your faith, and grow practically and spiritually alongside other individuals who share your passion for serving and investing in young adults.

At tre Ministries, we are committed to fostering a community of dedicated and mission-aligned leaders through our Advocate Program. While we welcome all young adults to be involved in our ministry, participation in the program is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to deny any applicant if we determine that they are not the right fit for the program or its mission. To ensure that each Advocate aligns with our values and vision, there will be an interview process where applicants will be evaluated based on their character, spiritual maturity, and commitment. Our goal is to cultivate a team that best represents tre Ministries and its mission to bring belonging, purpose, and hope.
