tre Ministries is a space created just for young adults like you—where you can explore faith, find purpose, and build meaningful community. Based in Sioux Falls, tre is a community dedicated to supporting you wherever you’re at. Whether you’re seeking spiritual growth, a place to belong, or simply somewhere to unwind, we’re here for you. If you don’t know us well, you probably have questions, so let us introduce you to tre Ministries!
What’s it like at tre?
The atmosphere at tre is warm, welcoming, and laid-back. As a non-profit, we are not affiliated with a specific church or denomination – in fact, we love to partner with local churches and ministries! No matter your background or faith journey, there’s a place for you here.
If you’re new, don’t worry. We know it can be scary walking into a new place where you don’t (yet) know anyone. When you walk in for the first time, you’ll be welcomed by a tre staff member or advocate, and they will help show you the ropes! They’ll walk you through our easy check-in process and offer to give you a tour, making sure you feel comfortable. Our hope is for tre to feel like a second home where you can be yourself, connect with others, and find support.
Do I need to pay to go to tre?
Absolutely not! There’s no need to buy tickets or worry about fees—our programs are free! We’re here to be accessible, thanks to the generosity of those who believe in this mission. Even outside of our programming, you can stop by anytime during open hours (scroll to the very bottom of this page to see our hours!). Whether you’re looking for a spot to study, somewhere to relax with friends, or just a change of scenery, our space is yours!
tre is built on community and powered by generosity. We’re a 501(c)3 nonprofit, supported by those who want to see young adults equipped and empowered to live out their God-given purpose. We believe that belonging, purpose, and hope truly make a difference and can change the trajectory of your life. And thanks to our donors’ generosity, we’re able to keep our doors open and provide a space and community for you.
